Interactive Roundtable on Zoom

About the event

In this interactive session you will join a small group of work futurists to:

   1. Discuss why it is so important to own less as a work futurist.

   2. Discover the barriers to owning less.

   3. Explore pioneering approaches to owning less and how to experiment with them in safe-to-try ways.

Why A Roundtable?

Because in our complex and volatile workspaces, the best ideas rarely come from “experts”, but rather from the people closest to the challenges. Our interactive roundtables aim to create and hold space for you and people like you to share challenges and ideas and to gain inspiration from each other. #awesome

Who Should Attend?

Leaders and teams grappling with this challenge – Share your experiences and pain points as we work to deeply understand the barriers to owning less.

Work futurists tackling this challenge – Share your experiences with how owning less led to doing more with the hopes that your suggestions will go viral!

About PlumGig

The philosophies and organizational structures that served us so well in the early 1900’s aren’t cutting it any more. This isn’t a people problem; we have great people. The is a system problem — one that spawns mountains of red tape and stifles the superpowers of the brilliant people who make organizations work.  Plumgig’s Team Accelerator breaks down the wall between workers and leaders and builds self-managing, barrier-busting teams that have the courage and confidence to solve problems, make decisions, and deliver.
